Community Meetings — Your Voice Matters
At the Rognel Heights Community Association, we believe that a strong neighborhood begins when neighbors come together with a shared purpose. Our monthly community meetings provide a welcoming space for residents to connect, express concerns, exchange ideas, learn about neighborhood initiatives, and work together to build a safer, cleaner, and more united Rognel Heights.
We encourage everyone to participate — whether you are a longtime resident, a new neighbor, a homeowner, a renter, a young adult, or a senior. Every voice matters, and every person has something valuable to contribute to the future of our community.

Building Community, Creating Connections, and Growing Together.
All residents, homeowners, renters, seniors, young adults, and community stakeholders are encouraged to attend. Whether you have lived in Rognel Heights for decades or recently moved into the neighborhood, your perspective is important.
Our meetings are more than gatherings. They are opportunities to listen, learn, connect, and take meaningful action together.
Become Involved — Be Part of the Change
A thriving community does not happen by chance. It grows through the dedication, talents, compassion, and participation of the people who call it home.
The Rognel Heights Community Association welcomes residents who are interested in volunteering, supporting neighborhood beautification projects, assisting with community events, participating in committees, sharing ideas, or simply becoming better acquainted with their neighbors.
You do not need to hold a leadership position or have special experience to make a difference. Sometimes the most meaningful contribution begins with attending a meeting, helping a neighbor, or taking pride in the appearance of your own block.
One neighbor can inspire another. One block can inspire the next. Together, we can strengthen our entire community.
Building Partnerships — Stronger Together
We recognize that the success of our neighborhood depends on relationships that extend beyond individual households. The Rognel Heights Community Association seeks to build positive working relationships with local schools, churches, businesses, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and public officials.
Through these partnerships, we aim to identify resources, support neighborhood improvements, encourage civic participation, and develop opportunities that benefit our youth, seniors, families, and the community as a whole.
We believe that when residents and community partners work toward shared goals, lasting and meaningful change becomes possible.
Stay Connected — Stay Informed
Communication is one of the foundations of a healthy and engaged neighborhood. We encourage residents to stay informed about upcoming meetings, neighborhood projects, volunteer opportunities, community events, public safety information, and resources available throughout Baltimore City.
Visit our website regularly for community announcements and opportunities to participate.

We invite you to share your ideas, raise concerns, celebrate neighborhood accomplishments, and help us create a community where information is shared, neighbors are supported, and everyone has an opportunity to be heard.
A Personal Invitation to Every Neighbor
Rognel Heights is our home. Its future belongs to all of us.
We may come from different backgrounds, have different experiences, and hold different perspectives, but we share a common desire to live in a neighborhood where we feel safe, respected, welcomed, and connected.
Let us honor those who came before us, embrace those who live among us, and create opportunities for those who will follow.
We invite you to join us on the third Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM. Come with your ideas, your concerns, your talents, and your hopes for our neighborhood.
Together, we can build a Rognel Heights where love is demonstrated through service, kindness becomes a daily practice, and community is more than a word — it is how we live.
