The Rognel Heights Community Association (RHCA) is a nonprofit neighborhood organization serving Rognel Heights in Baltimore City. Our mission is to strengthen our neighborhood through active community governance, revitalization efforts, and open communication among residents. RHCA is organized under a four-officer board structure and operates under adopted bylaws that guide how decisions are made and how neighbors can get involved. We publish a community newsletter, The Rognel Heights Herald, to keep residents informed about local issues, meetings, and events. Whether it's improving public spaces, supporting neighbors, or giving residents a voice in decisions that affect our community, RHCA exists to bring people together around a shared commitment to Rognel Heights.
